In some cases,
certain agreements we have negotiated with third parties such
as an airline require us to conceal the service provider and/or
other details until after you purchase the service or product,some
fares are special fares that are NONREFUNDABLE, NONTRANSFERABLE
AND NON-CHANGEABLE. If you are in any way uncomfortable with the
idea that the actual airline/hotel or similar information will
only be revealed after you have purchased your service, select
a different one.
1.
NAME ON RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be made in the EXACT name of the person
traveling - no nicknames. The name on the reservation must be
EXACTLY as it appears on the traveler's passport an credit card.
2.
PASSPORTS, VISAS:
All citizens travelling overseas require valid passports, valid
for the duration of your trip. All passengers are responsible
for obtaining all necessary visas and other travel documents.
Please also remember to check your visas, since some visas are
issued with specific travel dates.
NATIONALS OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES CAN ENTER TURKEY WITH A VALID
PASSPORT; A TOURIST VISA IS NOT REQUIRED:
A. Up to three months:
Germany, Argentina, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Belize, United
Arab Emirates, Denmark, Morocco, Fiji, Finland, France, Granada,
South Korea, Iran, Switzerland, Iceland, Jamaica, Japan, Qatar,
Kenya, Kuwait, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Liechtenstein,
Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Monaco, Norway, Oman,
St. Lucia, San Marino, Seychelles, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Chile,
Trinidad, Tobago, Tunisia, Vatican City, New Zealand, Greece,
Ecuador, Sweden
B. Up to two months:
Republic of Croatia, Republic of Slovenia, Romania,
C. Up to one month:
Azerbaijan, Bolivia, Kazakhistan, Kyrgyzistan, Turkmenistan, Republic
of South Africa
For the countries mentioned in above clauses, and Bulgaria, a
transit visa is not required.
NATIONALS OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES REQUIRE A VISA:
A. Up to three months:
Nationals of Austria, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Canada,
United Kingdom, Holland, Ireland, Moldova , Spain, Italy, Israel,
Portugal Yugoslavia, can obtain a sticker visa at the border.
B. Up to one month:
Nationals of the Commonwealth of Independent States (except, Kazakhistan,
Kyrgyzistan and Turkmenistan), Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic,
Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia can obtain a sticker visa
at border gates.
C. Other:
A visa is required of nationals from the United States of America.
This visa can be obtained in advance from Turkish Consulate General
offices are at the port of entry into Turkey for a €45 US fee.
Nationals of Guatemala can obtain a visa for up to 15 days at
the border.
Nationals of Jordan, can obtain a visa at most for 30 days. Nationals
of Indonesia can enter the country for two months by obtaining
a visa at no charge at the border.
D. Miscellaneous
Nationals of all other countries require a visa, which can be
obtained from the nearest Turkish Embassy or Consulate.
3.
DISABILITY
Any physical or menthal disability requiring special treatment
must be reported toSoft ICE Tourism Ltd. at the time of the
reservartion.
4. THE RATES
The dollar is the currency used for pricing throughout. All rates
on our web-sites are in US Dollars. However due to current regulations
in Turkey, the total amount MUST be charged to your credit card
in local currency(TL, Turkish Lira), which will be converted later
again back to USD by the credit card institute. Therefore silent
changes in the total amount shown on your credit card statement
is possible.
It is not included in the rates
The following is a list of some major items that not included
in the rates when you make a purchase of a any service from the
websites of Soft ICE Tourism Ltd.:
Passport and visa fees, inoculations and vaccinotions, any expenses
prior to arrival in Turkey, camera fees, airport departure taxes,
excess baggage, forwarding of baggage and souvenirs, meals not
specified as being included, after dinner tea or coffee, any beverages
such as mineral water, soft drinks or liquor, baggage handling,
gratuities, minibar and other extra hotel expenditures, room service
charges, items not on portions of menus reserved for Soft ICE
Tourism Ltd.'s passengers, laundry, items of a personal nature
and etc.
5.
PAYMENT
Payment of the services requested fromSoft ICE Tourism Ltd.
will be charged on the credit card of the client and the final
confirmation is going to be made after the total amount has been
charged.Soft ICE Tourism Ltd. accepts MasterCard and VISA credit
cards for all purchases. Current billing address, phone information
and other information requested must be included with every order.
If you are not the holder of the credit card, in this case the
credit card holder, whose name is printed on the card, should
send a fax to our credit department at + 90 212 518 4756, indicating
your tracking number for the reservation along with a legible
photocopy (front and back) of both his/her credit card and passport,
credit card billing address, his/her day and evening phone numbers,
and company name and address.or you can send money to this bank
account : Garanti Bank A.S., Istanbul Aksaray Branch, Acc Nr.005-9005843
(USD) SWIFT CODE: TGBATRISXXX . If these documents are not received
in 48 hours,Soft ICE Tourism Ltd. keep the right to cancel the
reservation and return the amount back to the persons account,
whose credit card is used for the transections.
If any service or product is requested per e-mail or fax, you
have to complete the credit card authorization form and send it
toSoft ICE Tourism Ltd., after receiving the availabilty confirmation
fromSoft ICE Tourism Ltd.. In such a case credit cards can only
be processed after we have received the credit card authorization
form signed by the cardholder. A cardholder cannot pay for another
passenger unless the cardholder sends legible signed copies of
passport or drivers license with front and back copies of the
credit card.
6.
SALES & VAT TAXES AND TIPS
When you make a reservation throughSoft ICE Tourism Ltd. for
hotels, tours, blue cruises, guides, and similar travel services;sales
and VAT taxes are inluded in the quotation. However, additional
taxes, security charges and other fees collected by governments,
airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless
specifically listed as included features. All taxes will be charged
to you, whether it is included in the rates shown on the pages
or not. Tips to the guides and drivers are not included.
7.
CHANGES IN THE RESERVATION
All changes after confirmation of the initial program are subject
to a nominal fee of minimum €25.- depending upon the time and
arrival, number of changes, partly cancellation of services, etc..
This amount does not include the cost of additionally requested
services, which are charged additonally.
8.
TOURS
A. Hotels on the tours
All rates are given in per person in Double Room in First Class
or best aviable Hotels in the region. Customers could upgrade
the accomodation on the tours to Deluxe. It is subject to availablity
and supplement.Soft ICE Tourism Ltd. keep the rights to substitute
the hotels, if deemed necessary.
B.Meals
Meals, that are included on the tours are stated in each itinary
.
C.Transfers
The customers will be picked up and dropped off at their hotels.
Flight bags should be carried by tour members.
D. Smoking
In general smoking is prohibited on coaches.
E. Sightseeing
Sightseeing as outlined in the itineraries is provided by car,
mini- or midibus or motorcoach depending to the size of tyhe group
and includes in general the services of English speaking guide.
If you prefer any other language, please contact us as early as
possible per e-mail or fax.Soft ICE Tourism Ltd. will try to
arrange a guide in your own language. If the preffered language
requires a supplement, we will inform you in writing ask for confirmation
and payment. Again, this is just a serviceofSoft ICE Tourism
Ltd. to its clients andSoft ICE Tourism Ltd. never guaranties
the availability of the guide in the selected language.
F. Possible changes in the itinerary
Occassionaly, the land portion of your tour may be extented or
curtailed because of unforeseen changes in the transportation
schedules. There may also be other instances in which changes
become necessary or advisable. Any saving realized by these changes
will be passed on to the passengers, any resultant expenses shall
be borne by the passengers.
G. Taxes and tips

H. Right to refuse
Soft ICE Tourism Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any passenger
any part of the travel services.
8.
CANCELLATION
Reservations may only be canceled by an e-mail or fax sent to
Soft ICE Tourism Ltd., indicating your name, reservation number
issued for each travel booking

If cancellation is received in writing bySoft ICE Tourism Ltd.
prior to arrival in Turkey, a refund could be made minus a administrative
charge per person plus the applicable airfare, hotel, tour,etc.
cancellation fees, depending to the time untill the check-in or
departure date.
Some packages are non-refundable. Different cancellation penalties
may apply during holiday periods.Soft ICE Tourism Ltd. will
not assume responsibility for any changes in travel arrangements
made by the passenger after the departure date.
A. Hotel cancellation
If a written cancellation notice is received not later than seven
( 7 ) days before check-in the hotel,Soft ICE Tourism Ltd. will
accept cancellation and refund the payment, except for a min.
USD 25.00 non-refundable administrative fee. The cancellation
policy of the hotel is valid, if it is different than written
here. Please read the hotel information carefully. In such cases
you will also be informed per e-mail about the special conditions
of the selected hotel once your reservation is made.
B. Tours Cancellation
If you cancel a tour and the written cancellation notice is received
1: within more than thirty (30) days before departure,Soft ICE
Tourism Ltd. will accept such cancellation and refund to the client
after deducting a administrative fee of 10 %of the total amount.
2: between 30-15 days prior to departure 80% of the total amount
will be refunded.
3: between 15 - 7 days 70% of the total amount will be refunded
to the client.
4: less than 7 days prior to departure, there is no refund.
C. Blue Cruise Cancellation
If you cancel a tour and the written cancellation notice is received
1 ) within thirty (30) days before departure,Soft ICE Tourism
Ltd. will accept such cancellation and refund to the client after
deducting a administrative fee of 10 %of the total amount.
2 ) If a written cancellation notice is received thirty - sixteen
(30-16) days prior to departure, % 65 of the payment will be refunded.
3 ) If a written cancellation notice is received fifteen (15)
days or less prior to departure, no refund will be made .
D. Tourist Guides Cancellation
If a written cancellation notice is received
1 ) within fifteen (15) days before departure,Soft ICE Tourism
Ltd. will accept such cancellation and refund to the client after
deducting a administrative fee of 10 %of the total amount.
2 ) If a written cancellation notice is received fifteen - seven
(15-7) days prior to departure, % 65 of the payment will be refunded.
3 ) If a written cancellation notice is received seven (7) days
or less prior to departure, no refund will be made .
E. Unused services
No refund will be allowed on unused services
9.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the Republic Turkey, without regard
to its conflict of law provisions. You consent and submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Istanbul,
Turkey, in all questions and controversies arising out of your
use of this site and this Agreement. If any provision of this
agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision
shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
10.
INSURANCE
Soft ICE Tourism Ltd. provides no insurance for its clients due
to loss. Clients are advised to obtain their own insurance for
health while traveling and / or baggage loss. Insurance is also
recommended to provide coverage to clients if refunds pursuant
to the final payment and cancellation clause below are unavailable
due to the terms of that clause.
